Daniel
E. Blumberg is the founder of the firm. Mr. Blumberg graduated
from The University of Texas School of Law in 1983, where he worked
as a staff member of the Review of Litigation from 1981 through
1983. He received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The
University of Texas at Austin in 1980, and was a member of Phi Alpha
Delta. He was born in Dallas, Texas on August 12, 1959. Mr. Blumberg
who is board certified in civil trial law, has practiced in
Arlington, Texas since 1984. He is admitted to
practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit and the Supreme Court of Texas as well as the United States
District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Blumberg is an active member of the Tarrant County, Arlington
and American Bar Associations and the College of the State Bar of
Texas. Reported Case: Wilson v. Donze, 692 S.W.2d 734 (Tex.Civ.App.--Fort
Worth 1985, no writ).
Peter
F. Bagley
joined the firm in August 1998. He is a graduate of the University
of Oklahoma School of Law (J.D. 1992), where he received an American
Jurisprudence Award for the Uniform Commercial Code and an Academic
Achievement Award for International Business Transactions. From 1992
to 1994, Mr. Bagley served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of
the Texas Court of Appeals, Fourth District. He received a Bachelor
of Science degree from Boston University in 1984, where he majored
in journalism. Mr. Bagley was born in Boston, Massachusetts on June
24, 1962. He is a member of the Arlington and Tarrant County Bar
Associations, and is admitted to practice in the state courts of
Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Northern
District and Southern Districts of Texas. He is the author of
"Evidence: Admission of Hearsay Statements in Child Abuse Cases," 45
Okla. L. Rev.341 (1992), and "Attorney Fees: Compensating The
Attorney Pro Se Litigant in Civil Rights Cases," 44 Okla. L. Rev.
695 (1991). Reported Case: Tips v. Hartland Developers, Inc., 961
S.W.2d 618 (Tex.App.- San Antonio 1998, no pet.). Mr. Bagley is also
a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and a participating attorney in the AARP Legal Services Network.
